ALL SEASONS -THE END AND BEGINNING

The link this week is open from Sunday December 30, 2018 through Friday January 4,  2019 at noon

You  are amazing having these great posts in the middle of December! Hope you enjoyed, relaxed, or did something out of the ordinary last week.

Am not quite ready  and probably will revert to what we used to do with our teens. We took time on New Years Day of reviewing the things we had on our list for goals, wishes and desires of the last year.
We would comment on our own list for each of the items, and if we did a good – or not so good- job. Then we wrote down our goals, wishes, and desires for the new year.

Also, it (back then) created a place to talk about themselves instead of  their friends, newest movies, etc.

It has been a memorable year with unexpected surprises. If you like to read the story of finding my wedding ring 4 years later, click belowe on the title.. Will publish this on Wednesday night – so it may not accessible to you before that
Ready-Set-Go

A symbol for everything draped in the Christmas atmosphere…

When there’s no electricity….
you have to make the best of it, wink, wink.

The Old  walk
Not all wooden shoes are yellow:)
Hubs still grew up when these were still
worn daily on the country side.

A look back what I painted in Sept (back in the saddle of painting in front of an audience) at the Jewish New Year Rosh Hashanah. In short, the keys hanging are strategies for breaking out of what confines you, represented by the culture of a city with a gate and a wall.
A gate opened is an invitation to go through it, but a closed one is a big sign of “No, don’t go there” or not wanting to go there.

Bridge to the new
(driving in Tuscany, Italy)

Looking and moving and embracing changes and opportunities.
That you may capture many seasonal things,
and a happy and successful New 2019!

I cannot imagine that these shoes could be comfortable, but they do provide good support if they fit perfectly. Love your inspired painting. Happy New Year!
